Erlenbach in the Simmental lies in the Bernese Oberland at the start of the Simmental, in the direction of Lenk and Gstaad. The valley station of the Stockhorn cableway can be reached easily in approx. 30 mins by car from Bern, and in approx. 15 minutes from Thun. The timetable of the Stockhorn cableway has been coordinated with the train timetable.

Take the A6 motorway via Bern-Thun-Spiez until Wimmis, then travel in the direction of Zweisimmen until you reach Erlenbach in the Simmental. A large free car park is situated directly by the main road, next to the valley station, as you leave the village.
Arrival by train
Sit back and relax. Board the "Lötschberger" excursion train; this will take you in comfort directly from Bern to Erlenbach in the Simmental (please observe the train destinations). You can also reach us from Lucerne-Interlaken-Spiez and Montreux-Zweisimmen.
It will take you approx. 10 to 15 minutes to reach us by foot from the Erlenbach railway station in the Simmental. Follow the white signage displaying the Stockhorn logo until you reach the valley station.
